Relief Drivers Service

There is always a need for an extra hand, during peak times to deliver in a timely manner. Therefore, we have introduced the service of relief drivers. We are sure this will bring ease to your daily operation and a peace of mind.

Booking Conditions

• We recommended at-least 7 working days booking notice for any supply. Service can be booked via our website/email or by calling us.
• Booking fee is $45 and is non-refundable. It becomes payable upon the confirmation of an assignment. Should you need to cancel a booking for any reason please provide us with a minimum of 48 hours of notice. Failure to provide 48 hours of notice will result in a levy of $300 which will cover our admin cost + relief driver’s 10 hours pay.
• All bookings are subject to availability, if we are unable to serve your request you will be notified at-least 3 days before the commencement of an assignment.
• We charge $34 – $36 per hour +GST for class 1 license.
• These rates are excluding 30 minutes of lunch break. Rest of all the breaks (due to business interruption or regular nature) are fully paid and we will invoice you accordingly.
• Minimum assignment length is 6 hours. If the temporary has completed the job earlier than 6 hours then we still are invoicing you for a minimum of 6 hours. Should you need a reliever for longer than 10 hours please advise us before the beginning of an assignment so we can inform our driver.
• Reliever (Driver) or Fast Force are not deemed to pay any insurance excess fee in an event of an accident unless otherwise agreed in writing with Fast Force.
• It is the client’s reasonability to notify us for any misshaping or failure to any KPI’s.
• Fast Force is not responsible to provide a vehicle as Fast Force only provides the driver.
• Reliever (Driver) or Fast Force are not liable for any lost or damaged freight (e.g. parcels).
• If the driver supplied by Fast Force is seriously sick and we have evidence to believe them, the driver or Fast Force is not responsible for any loss incurred.
• You will also need to have the appropriate vehicle insurance cover for the Temporary. You are responsible to pay the insurance excess.
